Return Policy
We hope you love all your Bright Lights Boutique online purchases; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused, unworn, unscented, unwashed items, with the tags still attached, in the same condition as it was received in within 14 days from delivery date for either (A) store credit, or (B) a full refund in the original form of payment.
Please do not return an item without emailing us first.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your return and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume, or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that we determine to be "friendly fraud," which is purchasing something without the intention of keeping it. We want to be able to protect the experience for all customers.
The Bright Lights Boutique is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our facility, including lost, stolen, or delayed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for store credit and place a new order.
Damaged Item
If your product is damaged or defected, claims can be made via email at info@thebrightlightsboutique.com (within 3 days from delivery) with picture of damage/defect, and free return will be available. Every effort will be made to replace the damage/defected item with the same or similar item. Please email us for a return address.
The Bright Lights Boutique cannot be responsible for any damages caused by regular wash or wear.
All face masks, sale items, hats/caps, jewelry, holiday items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
